You will NOT be charged until the day of your service, unless a deposit is required. Deposits will be applied to your treatment. ————————————————— PAYMENT POLICY We accept cash and all major credit cards. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the service total, automatically applied to the card on file. ————————————————— NO SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY No-Shows, same-day cancellations, or missed appointments will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Clients arriving 10 minutes or more past their appointment time will need to be rescheduled and will be charged a $50 late arrival fee to the card on file. ————————————————— SEMI-PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICY Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which will no longer be applied toward the service. No-shows or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file. ————————————————— FEE’S Consultation and patch test fees may be applied toward any future service you choose to book. ————————————————— CARD ON FILE POLICY A valid card is required to book an appointment.
