CANCELLATION POLICY
Please give us at least a 48 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 48 hour notice, the system will automatically charge the card on file 50% of the service that was booked. If you no show/miss your appointment/ cancel the day of your appointment 100% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file. If you arrive 10 mins after your appointment time, we will have to reschedule your appointment and a $50 late arrival fee will be charged to the card on file. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE SEMI-PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICY: If you reschedule/cancel less than 48 hour notice, we will keep your deposit and will no longer be a credit to go towards your service. If you no show/miss your appointment, 100% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file. All Patch test and consultation fee’s will be applied towards any service you are interested in. *To book an appointment you must have a card on file. You do not get charged for the service until the day of your appointment, unless the service chosen requires a deposit that will go towards your treatment. NO REFUNDS/ RETURNS/EXCHANGES —— Por favor, avísenos con al menos 48 horas de anticipación para cancelar o reprogramar su cita.
